Description: Operate computerized season pass system; enter guest information, including taking digital photos and processing; sell park admission tickets, using a computerized point of sale system; provide appropriate change and receipts. Perform other related duties, as required and assigned
Skills required: Welcome and greet all guests as they enter the park, while accounting for tickets for each person entering. Operate computerized season pass system, responsible for entering guest information, taking digital photos and processing the season pass card. Talk with guests and answer questions regarding park policies and procedures concerning the season pass program. Insure accountability for ID cards and cash bank on a daily basis. Give appropriate change and receipts, when necessary.

Costume Character
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Perform in show production and act as park ambassador to entertain guests. Enforce all park policies and procedures while maintaining guest satisfaction and profitability of the company.
Skills required: Dancing and acting skills experience is preferred. Meet physical acting requirements as defined by DC Comics, Six Flags, and/or Warner Bros. Must have strong acting personality and presence.

Lifeguard

Description: Recognize and successfully manage aquatic emergencies by utilizing skills taught by the National Pool and Waterpark Lifeguard Training Program (NPWLTP). Assist guests with questions concerning rides, directions, and policies. Attend a weekly scheduled in-service training session.

Water Attendant
Position Type: Seasonal
Description: Water attendant is responsible for instructing each guest of the proper riding position for each slide, as well as ensuring that all guests meet all of the rider requirements for each attraction (i.e., height and weight restrictions, etc.). The water attendant calculates the dispatch interval for each rider, as well. Must enforce all park policies and procedures, while maintaining guest satisfaction and profitability of the company.

Description: Provide superior guest service for all guests. Maintain a clean park environment for guests throughout the entire shift. Transport trash from the trashcans to the park compactor areas, and separate as necessary to adhere with parking recycling rules, wipe down all trash receptacles, table tops, and counters in assigned sections. Aid in removal of trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti.
Skills required: Identify and react to detailed areas both behind the scenes and guests' view, in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Sweep park streets, walkways, and attraction areas with a broom and dustpan. Wipe down all trash receptacles. Answer guest questions. Prepare restrooms daily for park operation and maintain throughout the day.

Security Officer: Host/Hostess

Description: Six Flags New England is responsible for the protection of guests, employees and the assets of the park, as well as responding to emergencies and enforcing park policy. The duties of a Security Officer vary from Main Gate screening to Bike Patrol or Dispatcher. Interviews guests and writes incident reports. Performs inspections of all items brought into the park. Responds to requests for assistance throughout the property and enforces the rules and policies of SFNE.
Skills required: Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to work outside and enjoy working with the public and solving problems. The ability to interview and document incidents is helpful. Knowledge of computers is beneficial.
