FOOD SERVICE HOST/HOSTESS

Position Type: Seasonal
Description: The various duties of a Food Services Team Member include, but are not limited to, operating cooking equipment, cash registers, and handling cleaning materials.
Skills required: Must be a self-motivator with the ability to interact well with park guests, fellow team members and management. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and maintain professional and safe behavior at all times. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 30 pounds. Must be able to bend and stoop and have the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Must be able to perform any other task deemed necessary by management.
Age Requirements: 15 or older
Pay Rate: $7.25/hour

GUEST SERVICES HOST/HOSTESS

Position Type: Seasonal
Description: To perform all duties related to the front gate, including selling of tickets, parking, scanning tickets and season passes into the turnstiles. All job duties must be performed with a friendly and fun attitude.
Skills required: To perform all duties related to guests services area including selling tickets for admission to the park, handling guest concerns, compliments, suggestions and providing information to guests. Use of a cash register or till bag required. Must have the ability to distinguish different types of coupons and assist guest with directions and informaton related to all areas and departments of the park. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have good verbal and written communication skills. Must interact well with other team members and departments. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bending and stooping and must have the ability to withstand all weather conditions.

LIFEGUARD

Skills Required: Maintain clean restrooms by sweeping trash and emptying trash receptacles, and replacing full trash bags. Ability to bend, lift, push and pull.  Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time as well as bending. Ability to handle bio-spill clean-up as trained. Ability to work with and around various chemicals as trained. Ability to work flexible schedules.

RIDE ATTENDANT

Position Type: Seasonal
Description: The attendant is responsible for instructing the guest of proper riding position for each slide and to ensure that all guests meet all of the rider requirements for each attraction (i.e. height and weight restrictions, etc.). This position is accountable for delivering a superior guests experience while enforcing all park policies and procedures.
Skills Required: Must have a positive interaction with employees and guests to promote a "World Class Service" atmosphere and have a "Guest First" attitude. Must interact with guests on a one on one basis and maintain professionalism and be focused at all times while on duty. Must be willing to maintain a clean work area and to  promote a safe working environment and help eliminate hazards throughout the park. Will be responsible for the operation of rides and attractions and must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift, stoop and crouch.

SECURITY HOST/HOSTESS

Position Type: Seasonal
Description: This position will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees and company property. Will be responsible for enforcing park policies and assisting guests and employees with park related questions and problems.
Skills Required: Must be able to stand at an assigned post, direct traffic, visually check ID cards maintain efficient park operation. Must be able to respond to questions and emergencies in assigned areas including, but not limited to, first aid, fire alarms, crowd control and disturbances. Reinforce total "Safety and Guest First Standards" to ensure a World Class service.
